How to implement fulfilling the soul into your daily life

Taking time out of your day to evaluate how you’re feeling and what tweaks you could do to change that. After all, your mind is such a massive part of your soul – healthy head -healthy soul -better life.

Caring for the soul is a multi-dimensional process due to all the intertwined aspects in your life (family, work, friends). Try grounding yourself first be identifying your long term aspirations ask yourself the big questions:

“If you knew you could not fail, how would you live?”

“What chokes you up, gives you goose bumps, cold chills, and tears in your eyes or pressure over your chest?”

“What do you read and talk about in your spare time?”

This by no means is grounds for quitting your job the next day but should give you a better idea of what direction you should start guiding your life to fulfil your soul.
